The proposed development comprised 2 buildings totalling 65,000 sq ft, 87% pre-let
on 6 leases to include EMI Hospital, Renal Unit, Café, Cosmetic Surgery, Pharmacy, GP Surgery and Child Development Centre etc.

Trade Park Investment Disposal – Bedford.

Following previous advice on the acquisition, development and letting of units on this Trade Park, Bartlett Property negotiated the sale of the investment achieving a prime yield reflecting both the tenant mix and the increasing institutional demand for Trade Park investments.
